  • 9 x 30 g croissants
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt/Pepper

  • Cut the croissant into 1.5 cm slices and put them in a bowl.
  • Mix 0.5 dl of olive oil with 2 garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes.
  • Brush the croissants with the mixture and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  • Put the pieces on a tray and add a few salt flakes.
  • Dry them in the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes and then reduce to 100°C for 20 minutes.
  • Serve the croutons with a soup or salad, or as an appetizer.
