- 9 x 30 g croissants
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Chilli flakes
- Salt/Pepper
Etapas de preparación
- Cut the croissant into 1.5 cm slices and put them in a bowl.
- Mix 0.5 dl of olive oil with 2 garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes.
- Brush the croissants with the mixture and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Put the pieces on a tray and add a few salt flakes.
- Dry them in the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes and then reduce to 100°C for 20 minutes.
- Serve the croutons with a soup or salad, or as an appetizer.
